Age Requirement

Services are available only to clients 18 years of age or older.

Purpose of Services

TRICCIAS services are offered for spiritual guidance, reflection, self-awareness, and personal insight. Readings explore energies, patterns, possibilities, and perspectives; they do not determine a fixed future.

Health, Pregnancy & Sensitive Topics

Questions involving health or pregnancy may be considered on a limited basis for spiritual guidance, emotional support, and personal reflection only. TRICCIAS does not provide medical diagnoses, pregnancy predictions, treatment recommendations, or predictions of medical outcomes.

Death-related questions and predictions are strictly prohibited.

TRICCIAS reserves the right to decline or redirect questions outside these boundaries. Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Legal, Financial & Professional Matters

Readings and spiritual services do not replace legal, financial, tax, investment, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Free Will & Personal Responsibility

Every person retains free will. Circumstances, timing, choices, and the actions of others can change. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

No Guaranteed Results

No specific outcome is guaranteed from a reading, ritual, activation, energetic service, or spiritual practice.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your reading and the personal information you provide are treated as private and confidential and are used only as needed to prepare and deliver the service you requested. TRICCIAS does not sell your personal information for marketing purposes.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider used at checkout. TRICCIAS does not receive your full payment-card number. Personal reading information may be deleted after the service is completed when it is no longer needed, while transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required.

Payment

Payment is required in advance. A booking or service is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because services may involve reserved time, preparation, and personalized work, payments are generally non-refundable once preparation or delivery has begun. Requests made before preparation begins may be reviewed individually.

Scheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Scheduled sessions begin at the confirmed time. Late arrival may reduce the available session time. Significant delays or missed appointments may require rescheduling and may be subject to availability.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be available with reasonable advance notice and is subject to availability.

Express & Same-Day Services

Express or same-day service may be available for an additional fee depending on availability and the service requested.

Respectful Communication

TRICCIAS reserves the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.

Service Scope

Some questions or requests may fall outside the ethical scope of TRICCIAS services. When appropriate, a question may be reframed or a service may be declined.
